• 2 tbs. of frozen acai berry puree or paste.
• 1/2 cup frozen berries: blueberries or strawberries
• 1 ripe banana, peeled
• 1 cup of almond milk/macadamia milk.
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 tsp. maple syrup
Start by adding the liquid to your blender followed by the soft fruit. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
