-600 ml water
-1 heaped tsp. organic fresh or dried turmeric
-1 tsp. fresh ginger
-1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
– In a small saucepan place water and all ingredients.
– With lid on, bring to the boil, and then simmer on low for 10 minutes.
– Drink ¼- ½ cup 1-2 times a day for weight loss, chronic pain, illness and ageing prevention.
– Drink ¼ cup 3 or more times a day for acute illnesses, colds, flu’s, viruses or infections of any kind.
